Virtual viewings: real estate's next step
Real estate has long relied on photos and film to market property. The next step is buyers who can actually walk through a space without leaving home, and do it with the same information a physical viewing would give them.
More than a good-looking film
A measurable virtual tour lets the visitor move freely through the space, look in any direction, and measure whatever is decisive for their decision. Will the sofa fit? Is the ceiling high enough for the shelving? How wide is the window? Questions that would otherwise require a return visit are answered on the spot, in a browser tab.
What it changes for agents and landlords
Fewer but better-qualified physical viewings. Wider geographic reach. Shorter time from listing to close. For commercial space, one of the biggest frictions in letting disappears: coordinating viewings with tenants who are somewhere else entirely.
