The drawing is not the building
There is almost always a gap between the documents and reality. Walls have moved, services have been rerouted, alterations were made without anyone updating the drawing. The gap is discovered only when someone is standing on site, and by then it costs time, changes and sometimes a dispute.
TR3DE surveys the place as it actually is. We combine laser scanning, SLAM and 3D Gaussian Splatting, and from a single capture you get two things: a photorealistic model to walk through and share, and a measurable point cloud to design against. You don't have to choose between showing and measuring.
We deliver in open formats straight into the tools you already use. The model is yours, and it can be rescanned when something changes.
We measure, we don't guess
Every measurement we deliver can be traced back to scan data. If it isn't in the cloud, we don't put it in the document.
